Five years on and six development projects later, this serial property developer highlights the key reasons why she continues to work with Bricks.

In 2017 Beverley was looking for finance to build three new luxury homes in South Devon. When her high street bank declined her local finance broker suggested Bricks.

Beverley started building houses in 1986 at just 25 years old, having used her own savings and a small bank loan to purchase land in Bovey Tracey where she build her first house. Since then she has gone on to build almost 300 homes across Devon. Jerry said: “This level of experience and hand-on approach appealed to us as we looked to support Beverley on her first development with Bricks.”
